Backswing will utilize its diversity of backgrounds and networks to source and evaluate opportunities in the aforementioned targeted industries where investment can help accelerate growth and actualize potential. Backswing anticipates that it will invest in companies that are currently profitable or will be profitable within twelve (12) months of investment.
