I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Steve Kantor since 2008. Steve was developing a Tri-State Executive Leadership group with a vision to foster economic growth, support emerging businesses, provide real-world business and financial experience to high school and college students, and to leverage our successes to support needed community services. Mission accomplished! Steve has been able to assemble business and community-minded leaders and produce unheralded results through his untiring efforts and innovative programs. Through my personal and business involvement we have been successful in providing contract support for entrepreneurial businesses which today have generated roughly 300 new jobs in the area. In addition, we provide outreach programs to local schools and universities. In my career I have been fortunate to serve as a senior advisor to C-level executives of Fortune 100 companies, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and various Secretaries of Defense. Steve’s work ethic, thought-process, compassion, and support of PEOPLE (our greatest asset) is comparable to the many great individuals that I have worked with. In addition, he navigated the group through the COVID-19 pandemic, not skipping a beat and enabling continued service. This is just another testimony to his agile leadership skills.
