The Life Sciences Collaborative (LSC) – New Jersey Chapter held its January monthly meeting on January 8, convening 36 life sciences leaders in a virtual Zoom format. Participants joined from across New Jersey, with additional members from the LSC Pennsylvania and LSC Boston chapters, reinforcing the strength of LSC’s regional network.

Peer-Led Discussion on the Life Sciences Outlook for 2026

The meeting was intentionally peer-driven, focused on members’ outlook for the life sciences industry in 2026 and how leaders are setting priorities for the year ahead. Executives, founders, and investors shared where they are directing time, resources, and attention across biotech, pharma, medtech, and digital health.

Rather than formal presentations, the conversation centered on shared operating experience—what leaders are seeing in the market, how they are navigating uncertainty, and what they believe will matter most in the coming year.

Connecting Around the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference

With the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference taking place in California during the same week, members attending JPM shared their plans for meetings, events, and informal gatherings. These exchanges helped align schedules, surface opportunities for connection, and strengthen relationships ahead of one of the most important weeks on the global life sciences calendar.

Relationships at the Core of the Community

What continues to define the Life Sciences Collaborative is the consistency and trust built over time. Members show up, share openly, and invest in relationships that matter—creating a community where leadership is supported through candid conversation and long-term connection.

The New Jersey chapter remains committed to fostering meaningful dialogue, regional collaboration, and relationship-driven growth for life sciences leaders.
